🔐 Add a Password to Restrict Access

Need to lock your agent behind a gate? Add a password so only authorized users can interact.

  1. Open the Agent Configuration panel by clicking your agent’s name (top left in the flow editor).
  2. Click on Password.
  3. Type the password you want to use and save.

Some bots are born to retire. Schedule when your agent will automatically shut down and redirect or display a custom message.

When to use expiration:

How to configure it:

  1. Open the agent’s Configuration screen.
  2. Click on Expiration.
  3. Choose a date using formats like next Friday, in 3 days, or 2025-12-31 23:59.
  4. Optionally add:
    • A custom message (e.g., "This bot is no longer available")
    • Or a redirect URL (e.g., to your homepage or landing page)

🛎️ Once expired, your bot becomes inaccessible. Visitors will see the message you set or get redirected instantly.
