We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data with the goal of tracking overall trends in website traffic. Data collected includes:

  • Information from devices (device type, operating system, country, browser) used during the visit

As a user of the Release0 builder

Our guiding principle is to collect only what is necessary to provide the best service to you. We use a select number of trusted external service providers for certain functionalities.

Services We Use

  1. Cookies:
    A persistent first-party cookie is stored to remember your login session. By logging into your account, you consent to using cookies to avoid repeated logins during each session.

    • You can adjust cookie retention settings in your browser.
    • Stored cookies may be deleted at any time.

  2. Web App Hosting:
    We use Vercel for hosting the web app. Static content (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is cached at Vercel's Edge Network, serving files from servers closest to you. Server Functions (API calls) are hosted in London, UK (lhr1).

  3. Database Hosting:
    Our database is hosted by Supabase in AWS us-east-1 (North Virginia).

  4. File Storage:
    Files are stored in Google Firestore located in the us-east-1 (North Virginia) region.

  5. Payment Processing:
    Payments for upgrades to paid plans are handled by Stripe. Billing information and the payment process are managed directly by Stripe.

  6. Email Services:
    Transactional emails and email reports are sent using Amazon SES.

  7. Google Sheets integration:

    • We use Google Sheets to allow users to securely connect their Google account and enable access to their own spreadsheets for chatbot automation and workflow tasks.
    • We do not store any private data retrieved from user spreadsheets, nor we use data to improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

As a user of an agent

You are bound by the agents creator’s configuration regarding data collection and handling. We do not collect any personal data from agents users. Additionally:

  • No behavioral insights are used to sell advertisements.
  • No personally identifiable information is collected, stored, or misused.

If the Remember User setting is enabled, data is stored in either the browser's local storage or session storage. This allows the chatbot to remember answers if a user leaves and returns later.

Retention of Data

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. Additionally:

  • Data is retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.
  • You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. All associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
