•
3 minutes read

With Release0, you’re not just measuring your chatbot's performance—you can also share those live metrics with anyone through a public dashboard link.
Whether you're an agency working with clients, presenting a demo to investors, or collaborating across teams, this feature makes sharing stats frictionless and instant.
📊 What Is a Shared Dashboard?
A Shared Dashboard is a public view of your agent’s analytics that you can share via URL. It includes:
- Total sessions
- Completion and drop-off rates
- Country breakdown
- Date range filtering
And you can optionally add a password so only authorized viewers can access it.

🧑💼 Common Use Cases
- Agencies & freelancers: send clients live performance dashboards without full workspace access.
- Marketing & product teams: stay aligned on campaign or form results—no extra tools needed.
- Investor or pitch demos: show real usage metrics instead of screenshots.
- Public transparency: display live stats for civic bots or open-source tools.
🚀 How to Enable Dashboard Sharing
- Open your agent’s Configuration screen (click the agent name top-left in the flow editor).
- Navigate to the Shared Dashboard section.
- Click Enable Sharing.
- Copy the generated link and share it anywhere.
- (Optional) Set a password to restrict access.
Anyone with the link can view the dashboard, no login required.
Tip: You can turn off sharing anytime to immediately revoke access.
🔐 What If the Dashboard Is Password Protected?
If you add a password, users will see a prompt like this before they can access any data:
🔒 Is It Secure?
Yes. If you enable password protection:
- Visitors must enter the correct password before seeing any data.
- Until the password is entered, no stats are loaded and no quota is consumed.
- Unlimited users can access the dashboard link—no workspace seat is required.
If you disable sharing, the link becomes instantly inactive.
🌍 Where Can You Use This?
- Embedded in a pitch deck
- Sent via email to a client
- Linked from an internal wiki
- Added as a “View Live Results” button on a landing page
Creative Use Case
Combine this feature with UTM links to track dashboard visitors by source. You can also use it as social proof—displaying real bot results directly on your website.
🧠 Clear Metrics = Trust + Action
When stakeholders can see live, no-hassle metrics:
- They trust the execution
- They act faster
- You avoid friction and extra reporting
- You don’t use up workspace seats—any number of users can view the dashboard link freely
